Welcome to ServeMeNow. By accessing our website, creating an account, or subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and Atasio LLC ("ServeMeNow," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming.
ServeMeNow provides a smart virtual assistant platform designed to help small businesses manage customer inquiries, capture leads, and handle bookings. Our services are offered under three subscription tiers:

To use ServeMeNow, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
ServeMeNow operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
In the event of a price change, we will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice by email. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We stand behind the quality of our service. If our platform has not met your expectations within the first 7 days of your subscription, we would be happy to issue a full refund. Simply reach out to us at [email protected] and we will take care of it promptly and without question.
Refund requests submitted after the initial 7-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
You agree to use ServeMeNow only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the platform to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity; transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or offensive; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or resell access to ServeMeNow without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
All content, software, designs, and materials on the ServeMeNow platform are the intellectual property of Atasio LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform solely for the purpose of operating your business account. You retain ownership of all content and business data you provide to us.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atasio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of ServeMeNow. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
ServeMeNow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain a reliable and high-quality service, we do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atasio LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of ServeMeNow or your violation of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Sheridan, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are material. Your continued use of ServeMeNow after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
