Service Agreement

1. Purpose of This Agreement

This Service Agreement describes the specific services that Atasio LLC ("ServeMeNow," "we," "us," or "our") agrees to provide to each subscribing client ("Client," "you," or "your") under each available subscription plan. It is intended to give you a clear and honest understanding of what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return.

This Agreement is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By subscribing to any ServeMeNow plan, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

2. Starter Plan — $39 per month

Under the Starter Plan, ServeMeNow agrees to provide:
  • One (1) Smart Virtual Assistant configured for your business and embedded on your website as a chat widget
  • Handling of up to 500 customer conversations per month, including responding to FAQs, capturing inquiries, and providing business information
  • Lead capture — the assistant will collect the name, phone number, and email of interested customers and store them in your dashboard
  • Email support with a response time of 2 business days

Conversations exceeding the 500-message monthly limit may result in the assistant becoming temporarily unavailable until the next billing cycle. We will notify you if your usage approaches this threshold.

3. Pro Plan — $139 per month

Under the Pro Plan, ServeMeNow agrees to provide:
  • Three (3) Smart Virtual Assistants — one for your website, one for WhatsApp Business, and one for Facebook Messenger
  • Unlimited customer conversations with no monthly cap
  • Lead capture and contact management — all captured leads are stored, organized, and viewable in your dashboard; you may export your lead list at any time
  • Human handoff — when a customer inquiry falls outside the assistant's knowledge, the assistant will alert you or a designated staff member
  • Priority support with a response time of 1 business day

4. Enterprise Plan — $289 per month

Under the Enterprise Plan, ServeMeNow agrees to provide:
  • Unlimited Smart Virtual Assistants across all supported channels
  • Unlimited customer conversations with no monthly cap
  • Proactive follow-up capability — the assistant will automatically follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not complete a booking
  • Full integration support — we will work with you to connect your assistant to your booking system, Google Calendar, or other compatible tools
  • Custom assistant personality — we will configure the tone, name, and communication style to align with your brand identity
  • Dedicated account manager — a named ServeMeNow representative assigned to your account
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) — we commit to a platform uptime of 99% on a monthly basis; in the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, we will issue a prorated service credit upon request
  • Priority support with a response time of 4 business hours

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business; keep your account information and business details up to date; notify us promptly at [email protected] if you experience any issues or if your business information changes significantly; and use the platform in accordance with our Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

6. Service Availability and Maintenance

We are committed to maintaining a reliable platform. Scheduled maintenance will be performed during low-traffic hours whenever possible, and we will provide advance notice of any planned downtime. In the event of unplanned outages, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible and communicate updates to affected clients.

7. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features within any plan. If a modification materially reduces the services included in your current plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and offer you the option to cancel without penalty.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information — including your services, pricing, customer data, and operational details — as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except as required to deliver our services or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Service Scope

ServeMeNow is a virtual assistant platform designed to support your business operations. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice through our platform. Any information provided by a ServeMeNow assistant is for general informational purposes only.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate our Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.
