When you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or interact with our platform, you may provide us with your name, business name, and email address; your phone number and billing information (processed securely through Stripe); business details such as hours of operation, services offered, and frequently asked questions; and any messages or inquiries submitted through our contact or demo forms.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When visitors interact with a ServeMeNow-powered assistant, the following information may be collected: name, phone number, and email address voluntarily provided during a chat conversation; the content of chat messages exchanged with the assistant; and general usage data such as pages visited and time spent on the platform.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account details, or health records.
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve the ServeMeNow platform; process your subscription payments securely through Stripe; send you important account notifications and support communications; help you manage the leads and conversations captured by your assistant; respond to your inquiries; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances. We work with trusted third-party service providers, including Stripe for payment processing and cloud infrastructure providers for data storage, who are contractually obligated to protect your information. We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. If you choose to close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.
